Uh.. I'm guessing you mean the track 1998 by the duo Binary Finary ? And/or one of the 20+ other remixes/followups to its original including the one by Paul Van Dyk?

I think it's Growling Machines - Dream On, a track on the Growling Machines album. No samples at saikosound yet.
But I'm not sure if it's a remix to Binary Finary or to Gamemaster or to some other good old trance tune, I just recognize the melodies.

Hey... I did do the remix for binary finary... the growling machines one is not actually a remix, they did rip off part of the melody, but its not an official remix. I've been in contact with the Binary Finary guys, and they are keen to do an official release soon, but it will probably only be on beatport and on vinyl. I might still release it on my upcoming album as well.
