The brainchild of Sven Wolff ( ESSEX, GOLDEN APES and ex-DUST OF BASEMENT ) and Lance Murdock this release delivers an esoteric and fetishistic obsession with heavy machinery, the fascinating bustle of large scale construction sites and the dramatic interaction of gigantic machines : The musical output of these self-styled tower crane operators sees them on a ( mostly ) instrumental trip across the rooftops ( although they enlist the vocal talents of Sara Noxx on two tracks ) of a large unnamed city with time-lapsed electronics merging with majestic orchestral synth-sweeps, melodic sequences and infectious grooves amidst swiveling tower cranes, passing clouds and the silhouettes of skyscrapers.

The first 200 copies of "Hochstapler" will be released in a large ( 190 x 135 mm ), Exclusive Deluxe-Metal-Box with rounded corners and a high-quality laser engraving of the "Hochstapler" logo on the front side.
