hey talolard,I think that something is wrong with the mp3, the wmp couldn't play it. I had to take it to wavelab. try to re-encode it.
now about critisizing your ass off  , you've made some progress since the last time  you're now trying to do something original. the sound fx and ambience are good. adding the guitar was a good idea, but didn't realy work. there is no real communication with the rest of the instruments. the guitar needs some processing and better timing. some parts in the track don't have lead and the story... well... 
put more work into it and post again
