i think they dont spend money at all.
they try to found something cheap and fast.
also 7 years now same same same
@ all partys same style
its little tired....
decoration is art ..u must to promote it like u promote your artists at your event
Everywhere in Europe if u chek the flyers u will see decoration by something special,,,and not "deco by mike for example " 
this is my opinion
ihope promoters will be think better about decoration and to dont continue only with beddrops and kordonakia

i agree with sofiax.
promoters don't care about visuals-deco-robotics etc.
you know,changes in this section will never exist.simple!!we just thank you for the amazing music you give into our ears,eyes and soul!!
