Very good and powerful promo group, they usually group with SunTrance, and make rather big parties for thousands of people. Atmosphere is worse than at the previous promo, because this promo is one of the most popular and commercial in russia, so a lot of different people come there - not a "pure" trance vibe.
Guests invited before: Wizzy Noize, Talamasca, Saiko Pod, Shiva Jorg, SpaceCat, HuxFlux, Miraculix and many others
Music: Mostly full-on, T.I.P., 3DVision and so on

They are the most unstable, but sometimes very good promo group on the scene. A lot of troubles with the different guests, not arriving on the scene, a lot of promises made, but not completed have lowered their ranks at people's eyes. But they are able to make a very good parties! Therefore, when they make a party, there are always a lot of messages for and against 8)
Guests invited before: Neuromotor, Finnish bands a lot, Sienis
Music: Dark night psy & Finnish trance, Fullon sometimes

In Russia there are only three really good promo-systems, it: Good Food, Sun Trance, Artfreaktion Rec.

I also would like to mention Reactor Sound System. They are one of the oldest promo groups, and to my mind they are the best in Moscow. Their parties are always very emotional, because they are not as commercial as good-promo`s(or they don`t show that so openly) and you never feel that commercial atmosphere at their parties. To my mind atmosphere is the most important thing at their parties, it is always full of peace, love , unity and respect:)Unfortunatelly they haven`t invited any foreign musicians for a long time.
Nowadays they more often make parties with good-promo. |

The atmosphere of friendship, the atmosphere that used to be on the dancefloors when trance wasn`t as popular in Moscow as it is now.The one you will never find at good-promo`s parties... of course that`s my personal opinion and i don`t thrust it on u. As for me i also like Expediton`s parties... they are quite nice:) |

The best one and more professional promo-group is definetly Insomnia. Unfortunately they don't make a lot of parties here but I hope it's a matter of time. All the others suck a big time in my humble opinion... I'm really wondering what did Fred Neuromotor find in our local parties. Just a big crowd of teenagers doesn't work for me. Btw, rchik, Wizzy Noise party weren't organised by Good-food or Sun trance. Parasense did it themselves. |

2 - Everyone? Generalizing is good but not always. I'm not involved into any of the promo groups except the HH label. So where's everyone?

I'm just a trance addict and party goer. Of course I know some people from the scene. And from Horns'N'Hoofs crew too. But I don't belong to any promo-group at all and have nothing to share with this people. I know where is the best place to spend my money. Insomnia parties are the ones where is psychedelia going on. Their audience is older and prefers really twisted and mindblowing music. You won't hear any Skazi, GMS, Astrix etc. stuff there. The best desing in club I've seen last winter at Flying Scorpions party organised by Insomnia. The best outdoor sound wall last summer was definetly at Insomnia's Grapes of Wrath party.
Pasha, I've missed your first label party but next time I'll be there for sure. Would like to hear new stuff by Horns'n'Hoofs musicians at big sound system:) |
