I)
I think it would be better the seperate the parties promotions to Israel and Rest of the world ...
This mix-up is fulling the party promotions with big festivals from all over the world and as almost no relation to most of the visitors of that section ...
II)
I also believe that the party promotoins and reviews should ber united since it's much more natural and fluent since usually the ppl that cared about that party before also want to add reviews and vice-versa ...
as well "promotions" and reviews are giving this scene a more commercial feeling , which I'm sure is exactly what all of us don't want ...

i think the party section should be International.

The party section is fine as long as the people that post party promotions define on the topic where the party is taking place.
For example DJ DETOX In Athens on 1st of January 2003.
Things are simple but we people make them look so complicated.
