I took the liberty to trancelate an article in Swedish. Read and get stunned.

Hi, my name is Kristoffer. Me and my friends was thinking about arranging a little outdoor party, you don't need permission for that do you?
- Yes, you do if you are going to invite people.
We just thought to call around and invite some friends and so...
- How many? If it's over 20, then it's a public party. Are you planning to dance?
Yes, maybe we will.
- Yes, then it's not a picnic, then its a rave, and that's very hard to get permission for.
But isn't rave when you play techno and have glowing clothes?
- No, I hear it's a rave you want to arrange, you dont fool me.
So where exactly is the line between rave and picnic?
- It's subtle, but if you are going to invite people, it's always friends to friends also. And that's a public party.
But if some other people on the beach are coming in and starting to talk to us? What are we going to do then? Can't we hang around with them then?
- Then you can be reported.
So it's only allowed to be together with people you already know.
- Excactly. Otherwise it's a public party.
But maybe you get to know them? Then they become your friends.
- Yes, that's nice. But that you have to have permission for. When are you planning to have the party?

- Thats not possible. These things take time to handle. Should I send the application paper?
