a friend of mine is planning to go to costa rica in sep, okt, nov, dec, so does anybody know if theres any parties ?:D'

not a whole lot, but if there are parties they are either in Monteverde or San Jose. Sorry I cant help much more than that.
But then again, the country is so beautiful, you will not miss partying since the whole place is just teeming with great energy!
