i am gonna stay in south holland around 27.7 until 13.8
is there anything interesting close to there?
any party or festival?

apart from a couple of small parties scattered around the northern provinces (Amsterdam mostly), there's nothing to do in this country...You can always check goatrance.nl
You'd better hitch a ride to the east and travel down to Germany for the bigger festivals!
