...tell me please, what do you have in design at the parties besides psy-drawn linens, fluorescent lamps and color nets?....maybe you have something special...In Moscow, as far as I know, We have nothing besides pointed above..

i think that the most advanced country in party deko is germany... just look up some german deko sites, u`ll find some great and uniqe works.
