Boom was just an example of à commercial festival.
Boom for me is like disneyland would be to My 4 year old girl.
And she is more into Donald Duck than albert and zeitgeist theories.

You just dont get it, do you? Read the thread from page 1.
Boom is cool, no doubt about that. I dont care if its commercial or not. This is about bringing minors to festivals.
Do you have any kids?

cool bro i'm trying to get it.. you know i don't care about anything else but having fun at festivals. yes, i have a daughter as i already said in past page and she has a very good time staying 14 hours at the dancefloor and dancing with all the twisted ones, at the age of five..!!
i don't get your problem with that really..

^^ Hero, although boom is a great festival it has its rotten stuff also.
the ticket prices are way expensives and the goodies are way to much.boom is made in portugal, and the ticket price is almost 50% of the minimuum salarie here - in my years attending to boom fest i realise boom is not made for us portuguese people, but for the foreigners.
i recomend boom, but boom is not for everybody, and boom is not what it used to be, or it is not what it "preached for".
though i give them credit for what they do, speaccially for the self sustained system they try to implement, or educate to people.
but it is way expensive

chill dude, i never complained, i just stated that even festivals are commercial so cut the underground bullshit! Everything is commercial these days, even the festivals.
And you know what? I couldn't care less!
Im still not bringing my kid to a festival for a decade.

Here´s a good reason not to take kids to festivals. Even if the lost guy seems harmless, what would your kid think?
