parasenes dont hv a VISA to come in.
like fungus funk he dont hv VISA to.
bcus the police they dont give team VISA... and this is not good from us and the artists to
fungus hv problem's with the russain police and israel police dont wont problem's to..
about parasense i dont know the story..
and mabye i wroong about fungus but thet the story some ppl wont to bring him to israel and thay can't cuz police problem's...

no connection to police when u try get visa. seems they were rejected byisraeli embassy in moscow and someone here has to go to Ministry of Interior and ask for them. long procedure..once i had to come it through...
I know almost anything connected to visas and 1st time hear dependence on policy. It comes only on some serious prescription, when u r requested to bring your "tamzit rishum" to embassy to show you are not cryminal, so in cause u got some records you just won't be provided with the one..that's pretty all.
