para halu are one of the most darkest projects around , crazy atmospheres , twirling fx . i really enjoy their music , no fluff .... be sure to check out madrugorrah , adam homens side project.... much more heavier wooot!!

Hola,
may be this guy Adam Para Halu makes killer music, but as a persone to work with i think he's a really BAD.
Here in Russia he didn't show up in several parties.
In the last party he got money from the promoter 50% of the fee, money for ticket and visa and he didn't show up.
Also 2 years ago was same funny storry, we booked him for the party, sent him advance money and when we booked tickets Adam said that he comes with his girlfriend, and all her expences he takes on himself.
The tickets was from fryday till sunday.
When Adam got them, he contacted us and said that he wants to come to Moscow for 7 days.
We said no problem, we can change the ticket, but we pay 3days accomodation.
He said "NO, if you don't pay me and my girlfriend 7 days accomodation i don't come!".
So we told him not to come. But that case he gave us our money back. Now in the last case the promoters stayed without Para Halu and without money.
I think this is really really not nice.
And next time he comes to Moscow he should be aware

I dont know who you are, where you got your rumours from and what is your motivation in spreading LIES about me but here I want to clearify that the above mentioned story is obviously NOT TRUE at all.
I never wanted to spend 7 days with my girlfriend in Moscow at the organizers expenses, its simply a LIE......
Here comes the truth......
I did cancel a booking once in Moscow because the organization were acting kind of disrespectful and we could not agree on the terms of conditions that I wanted 2 days accomodation instead of 1 day. It was never about 7 days. Now anyone can decide if I was asking for too much or not...... Then I have sent back the advance money and forget about it. I believe as an artist I have the right not to accept a request and cancel non-serious bookings especially when the organiziation is acting weird and disrespectful.
I have to add though that I had a Russian booking agent between me and the organizers in the last years who did all the communication between us.
He was the agent also at my last Moscow request (for the last time of course) which I DID NOT cancel at all but the organization failed to send me the original invitation letter in time so it became impossible to make the visa before the party - then I sent a message to the organizers that the party should be delayed because of that. They did not care about it but still made the party without me. They didnt even tell the people that I wont perform, and after the party they still LIED about my absence in Russian forums telling things like I have sent someone instead of me to play my live set (this is really non-sense!!!) as I was sick, and other unbelievable things. Lots of bullshits but never the truth.
And now here we are, some guy I dont know at all comes from nowhere telling bullshits about me again while THREATENING ME (????) that I should be aware if I go to Moscow again. Come on man. This is ridiculous.
Sometimes its hard to believe that its the Psychedelic scene we are talking about....... so much aggression and hate....... sad.

I personnally booked you 2 years ago to Synthetic dreams party.
And i will help you to remember all the story.
You changed conditions of this booking 2 times at least.
First we agreed for booking, fee and conditions
then you told your girlfriend want to come too
Then you biched about the days, and told that Becar braught you last time for more than 7 days.
Remember now?
So you can't tell that i came from nowhere.
I work with more than 100 artists, some time there are troubles, like always, but no one never said i am a liar.
Allso no one never cancelled a show with ticket, visa and 50% of a fee in the pocket.
So stop lying please.
Everybodu knows, that you sabotage parties not once and not twice.
I was AMAIZED 2 years ago from your attitude.

First i want to tell, that to your last party in Moscow i wasn't connected.
All i know - is from the promoter side and some from Adam's booking agent.
The story is that they DID gave the invitation to the agent in time.
And if there was a mess FOR SURE not because of the promoters.
You own problems with booking agent don't have to be on promoter's bill, Adam.
And too sad that you don't get it.
Also in forums after the party there was clearly posted that you didn't make the visa.

Cut the bullshit, man.
First of all as i said i personnaly got our money back. SO I have nothing to threating you for, relax)))
But present guys didn't.
And they pretty pissed off on it.
They didn't gave the invitation to SOME GUY from the street.
They gave it TO YOUR PERSONAL AGENT, that you work with, and they sent their money TO YOU and not to your agent, so they did all the process properly and fair, and your agent which represents YOU, and no one else, went dirty.
You seriously think that people that sent you some like 1400 euro and got hecked buy you(or your agent, it doesn't metter) will be happy about it?
NO.
All your sadness for the psychedelic scene is bullshit.
You took money that don't belong to you, and people worked for this money.
They also lost a lot of money, because most of the Moscow trancers knew your not coming and there was not much people in the party.

One more question.
How can it be, that you got the money before you agree for the conditions?
The promoter must be really really filantrop, befor he agrees with you about anything he sends you money, buys you a ticket and makes visa to you and your girlfriend. Right?
Now really people can deside who's lying here.
First you agre to some conditions, get the money, then you change the conditions, and "send the money back" HAHA really nice of you.
What about the comissions of the money transfer?
What About the cost of the invitations for you and your G/F.
What about the ticket money? they never return 100% of the summ.
And most important: What about promoter reputation, that prints flyers with your name and have to explain to ppl that you dont come because you want tgo stay couple of days longer? |

the sound that parahalu had still exists but not with adam's parahalu project.
It exists with Andras's Mindflow project.

Reading some of the negative stories above, I have to chip in and say Adam has been a pleasure to work with, I will not comment on this Russia story because I wasn't there but every time we have had him in Japan we had a great time and never any problems at all, he was kind and professional and I definitely would and am going to be booking him again in the future.
The music is superb, sure it has changed, but I can appreciate an artist exploring new fronts instead of going for the same sound!....What I have heard from the album is going to be something fresh and should open up some minds to new styles!
All the best to Adam and the release of this new album, looking forward to it!
