Yes, finally a review on Paps!! I have a couple of there tracks and just like what Mental said, they are very hard and wicked. The bass line is very heavy, not that much of melodies though, but thats OK. |

They from France, part of Paps-Yumade-Snug as a bug-Tripiatric team.
I used to like their music. Very dark and crazy.
Allmost everyone who lissened to trance music has passed the "Paps-Snug-Trip-Yumade period".
Very interesting stuff but sometimes it's too much. |

Paps is Stephane Papin. He works alone, but correlates with the Yumade guys to create Tripiatric, and side project Snug.
He's definately one of my favorite artists. He's a sound genius and an innovator of music - his tracks are so musicaly interesting. Not easy stuff, but if U're into the studio/production work then he's the guy 4 U. |

Hello to all and especially to my mane man auspexx. Just wanted to correct a small mistake, paps and yumade are tripiatrik but snug consists of Péea from Yumade and Dhya a.k.a Droidlock.
Paps is defiantly one of the best artists around, his experimental and minimalistic sound crosses all boundaries and he is a good dj too. This last weekend he played at an exhalent party near “Kiryat gut”, a three hour set with good music and perfect mixing. what can I say, for me he is the king.

yes they have a few tracks out on several compilations..
4 example: "Snug as a Bug - 4 Months Later" that was on the album "Undercover" (Hadshot Haheizar) which was released in nov 2000
