Last nite I had one hell of an experience. It involved the compilation Significant Elf Proclivity... where can I find more trance like this? And also, is there ambient / chill out with the same kind of effect?

Well. as the topic suggest no need to delve into the vehicle used.
Small gathering. 3 of us. Spacing out listening to various comps. I noticed that a few songs I really enjoy, sound totally different on ... so anyways, the one I notcied the biggest difference in was Significant Elf Proclivity, I never realized how many different bassline harmonies and weird arrpegios went along in that comp. Mr. P seemed to catch my ears very well...
the experience, man , I was tripping so hard parts of it are hard to remember. But there is nothing like laying back, closing your eyes and just watching the show unfold before your brain. MMmMM the insanity.
Ive also noticed that the drugs your currently doing affect the style of trance that catches u. The less acid i do over time the more hormonious if u will my trance gets...
with less zips and buzzing. Well now the good ole whore cidney is back we keep the funk around.
so yea about other tracks and artist... hook it up.

yup, new ambivalent recs compilation is on the way. "contra polar activity" they have stuck with the deviant names thing  more scorb!!

Well, there are a wide variety of things that might really catch your mind - Koxbox's wonderful Dragontales offers some very unique soundscapes, Juno Reactor - Shango is also offers a lot of that (in a totally different way though), and Process - Superior Technology is another album that will give you a lot of input for a toasted brain. You could also check out the classic Singularity compilation (Flying Rhino, early 2001).
If you mind going on the other side of things - Plastikman will do wonders.
