Hey guys, i wonder whats the correct\best way to pan WAV samples or VST notes from left to right?
As for the samples i use both Groove agent one and Battery 3 and i enter the ket editor(piano roll) and i just use the pan settings and draw from up(left) to down(right) and its not working correctly. I mean its not completley moves from side to side i can still clearly hear the sound in the center.(maybe im drawing not good?)
As for the VST i do the same but most of them dont even pan a little....i mean it just dont work.
Any suggestions?Thanks! |

On the mixer channel you have a pan button. Use that one. That should be working from hard left to hard right. You can also automate it.

Alien Bug,and how about panning VST Synths in the piano roll?Does that work good for you or you have the same bug?
Chemogen, thanks but i couldnt understand how to do what you said the groove agent 1.
And what i'm trying to get is a different pan of each hit/note is it possible with Groove agent 1?
There is an "Auto pan" FX in Cubase which actually doing a good job but it pans all the track ;\ |
