Hey
I need a plugin that can pan/"monoize" / "stereoize" certain frequencies. Like a pad, I want the bass to be in mono.

I have been using a workaround with sending the channels to 2 channels, split it with EQ and and center/widen the stereoimage on the channel with the freqs I want to affect, then send both to a 4th channel to sum.
...wich is a hassle, I just want a simple plug.

I know De la mancha's plugs, but Id love something free... if there is something like it?           http://www.myspace.com/fragletrollet

don't know if it's what you're after but the wave eqs (Q series and REN series) can eq every channel sparately. so you can boost different frequencies on each channel for widening the stereo image.

great one ah?

too bad its not even close to what i would really want , which is the logic stereo spreader
only available in waves TDM something similar.

Equo is the closest you can get , that i could find , but its just close its not exact.

I just bought the Nugen Space Designer bundle and the Stereoplacer plugin does just that; it does a very good job of it too. You can buy it separately from the pack for something like $35 - $40 I think.
