Does some one know how can I pan a midi channel in Cubase?
I pick the paining option in the edit mode, but I dont know what to do next. |

You can use controller messages to control the panning on midi sequences... and of course record the midi as audio, and pan the audio channel... |

After you pick the panning option, use alt + the pencil tool to draw the desired panning pattern. 64 is center, 127 is full right, 0 is full left.
Note the some VSTi won't respond to this, such as the JX 16.
Same method goes for editing a midi part for a hardware synth. |
