Yes dark, funny samples 
The track makes me curious, makes me waiting..
It sounds misterious, dark.. and I'm waiting the song telling me something misterious, dark... but nothing comes.. ...
maybe you want it that way
If so..
Just not my taste...
Need something that touches me, tells me something..
But I liked the untypical sounds.

really dark atmosphire
i also think you have a problem with the bass line
it takes a lot from the other sounds try to compress it let the other sounds come alive!!

Yes, I totally agree.
I think its time to leave the purely experimental stage now and start making higher quality stuff with more dedication.
So, how could I begin giving my tracks higher quality mixing EQing and mastering... consider that I am a beginner and actually dont know anything about this. Are there any programs I could use, tutorials or manuals I could read.
