i'd like to ask for help, about paintshop pro or adobe photoshop pluggins and shapes.... where can i find this??

i doubt this is the place to be asking for plugins (i assume you expect people to tell you where to download them)...
plugins are commercial software... people work to make them... buy some!

There are a few free plugins i believe Andrews Plugin Librarys are free.... check the net
