FREE ENTRIES
Following with our tradition each year we grant free entry to one city of Peru and one country in the world. This year we chose the city of Arequipa and the nation of Brazil. For the CITY OF AREQUIPA, you will only have to show your ID (DNI) to prove that you were born in Arequipa and you will be able to enter the festival for free. For the NATION OF BRAZIL, you will only have to show your Brazilian identification (ID) and you will be able to freely enter the festival.
FOOD COURT
During the festival we want you to eat and be healthy. The food court will be OPEN 24 hours. This will be a square composed of restaurant, snacks and juice stands with national and international, vegetarian, traditional Andean, vegan and meat meal options.
CAMPING
There will be a camping area along with some areas of music and other quieter areas. You choose where you want to establish your campground. All camping areas are safe with constant surveillance by two security groups. You are asked to collaborate by keeping your tents closed, leaving your belongings in a safe place and communicating with security groups if you see any abnormality that raises suspicion.
ALTERNATIVE MARKET
It will be an artisan market composed by artists with multiple handmade products in jewelry, leather, macramé, wood, textiles and alternative clothing, decorative accessories, festival souvenirs, natural products, accessories for juggling and more.
SECURITY
We will have 2 types of security groups:
One is provided by a private company specializing in event handling with massive turnout of people who will be located in strategic areas throughout the festival.
The second is by shifts of local people from the community, which we support by giving them work. They will be making constant rounds of all areas of the festival in order to maintain a harmonious order.
ECOLOGICAL BATHROOMS
Dry Baths: reapplying ancestral technologies we use this type of baths to reduce water pollution. This year we have a team that has experience in the construction of dry toilets. Staff will service and clean the toilets 24 hours.
Showers: This year we will have showers for the hygiene of our attendees. We suggest bringing natural bath products to help avoid contaminating the site.
We will have a store with natural hygiene products produced by local artisans.
Compost: this year we have the assistance of an expert in the bio-dynamic treatment of organic waste into compost for the subsequent use by villagers and farmers in the area.
Trash: trash will be divided into 4 types: organic (for compost), metal and batteries, paper and clean plastic.

Medical care is available to anyone with need 24h.
PROPOSALS
We invite all persons with an artistic proposal to present and share at this fifth alternative multicultural meeting PACHAMAMA CONEXION FESTIVAL 2015. It calls for: Workshop participants on various topics, speakers on various topics, performing artists, experts in medicinal plants, therapists, dancers, music bands, artists of fine art, bio-construction experts, experts of psycodelica Deco-art, DJs and VJ 's and more. Proposals must be within the discretion and conceptual framework that the meeting aims. Our desire is for you to participate, please send your proposals by the email that appears in the contact link of the website or the festival facebook page, we will try to answer any questions. Our meeting is independently funded, and is done in a spirit of volunteerism and our own human effort and economic contribution. We have no support from the private sector as sponsors or mega investments of money. In exchange for your time, participating artists will be offered free accommodation, vegetarian food and some extra bonus.
VOLUNTEERING
The organization of PACHAMAMA CONEXION FESTIVAL 2015 is inviting anyone interested in volunteering at the event in the following areas of work: erection and dismantling of structures, cleaning the place, helping maintain order and harmony of the festival, supporting the artists, workshop and exhibitors. The only requirement for volunteering applicants is that they are people related to art and willing to offer their expertise and collaborate communally. In return, the organization will offer: daily Food (3 meals) until May 31 atst during the construction and set up of the event. Volunteer work will be distributed in shifts for better development of the work. The work of the volunteer begins on May 15 and ends on May 31st. After meeting the volunteers, those who wish to join our efforts to dismantle and break down the event will receive daily feed. Festival Registration for the list of volunteers are limited and will be open from April 15. The website email is the only way to get on the list of volunteers.
