as far as i know they made up this name when they all meet in a festivle and trying to make up funny cereal names... 
i think they are going to release a new album in 2004...
great band BTW!

I saw them live in tel-aviv 2 years ago and it was the most powerfull show I ever saw.

One of the greatest psychedelic rock bands. They followed the steps of Gong and Pink Floyd and they prodce music from 1984 (first release) till now. I have seen them 3 times live and they keep coming in Greece every year.They are just amazing musicians...

I've never heard Ozric, but it seems they have released more than 20 CDs, where should I start? Please recommend which is the best CD.

they rule ... adapted to all de styles & fused the quirky & psychedelic, demented & all the sounds that make u mad as a perfect blend...
HEALTHY CEREAL.....boom
I've got 9 albums ...all audio CD's ..nice..nice..
like for sound quality & stuff... as u all know...

Kick muck!!! Now there's a psy track that Infected would die for! The guitar riff that slowly opens up the wah wah filter, the flute arpeggio's, synth leads that twist and modulate, oh yeah, the drummers not too bad either. I think it's on jurassic shift, but the live version on Underslunky is better (to me anyway!). Only seen them once in Liverpool, but they really do know how to kick muck!! |

I can recommend a double cd to start with. strangeitude and pungent effulgent. I dont think the remixed album is really successful. Also erpland is another of my favorites.
