Hi there ;
I have a Powercore FW and i believe that it is the only one currently being sold with all TC free plug ins.
The Element is capable of loading and running the X3 plug ( hardware is the same as the PCI one ), but only when it´s working alongside with another Powercore that already had it bundled, that´s why it´s less expensive.
