hello!
it seems to be the fundamental pitch + additional harmonics added in, so try setting up a synth like that and then maby some formant filtering to help make it sound like singing.
i dont think you need to bother with FM for this, as FM is a freq modulated by the amplitude of another signal, and this singing is more the larynx,pharynx and mouth manipulated to increase amplitude of one or more partials.

It does not has to bee a format filter, im actually interessted in the effect of moving the harmonics.

what are you talking about? you ask how to do it and then say no thats not how you do it... A FORMANT FILTER is ESSENTIAL for making it sound like SINGING.,. move the fucking harmonics around then if thats what you want! jeez what you need?? picture tutorial????

You should try additive synthesis, so that you can add the harmonics easily with the help of some free envelops.
