This is sure to be one of the biggest events that has ever hit Australian shores. The line up speaks for itself and throw a solar eclipse into the mix and you come up with magic!!!
The event is going to be held in the Aussie desert, right in the perfect line to view the eclipse. Planning and preparation has gone on for this event for well over a year. The organisers previously held one of the best New Years Parties at French Island. Unfortunately due to other commitments i can't go to this event and am absolutely devastated but plenty of my mates will be there and reviews will come as soon as they can. |

I shall be there will bells on!! i cant wait. Will be the biggest party I have ever been to, and on home soil, there is nothing better. I must admit the lineup could be better, considering the lineup for the african eclipse. But we ozzies know how to party, and the vibe at the festival will be second to none.

i'm very lucky, the eclipse and associated party has come to me, well it's only a 6 or 7 hour drive from my home, Adelaide.
less than 72 hrs 'til we depart for the party.
i've been waiting a loooooong time for this moment to arrive

doggy don't forget, the guys in south africa have very good connections and relationships with a lot of artists such as etnicanet and their connections, and the scene o'er there is well respected and regarded internationally, in general the environment is ideal for travellers.. the cheap price of pot (something like $5 a gram) makes it a huge attraction - who could complain about that 
And there are more problems to the authorities there than shutting down a few doofs in the country.... hehehe, so they've got some things very lucky over there.
The one in Aus could have done with some better financial backing to get big names in but I just think the organisers didn't quite think they'd be getting this many people....
But anyways, the lineup is still pretty cool!

hehehehe, and there some of us are just dying to experience some summer festivals in Europe!
it's totally awesome how many people go to those events over there, i've got my heart set on some of those next year.. or the year after, when i get money!  |

Well this festival has begun and early reports from a friend over there are that a huge crowd are in attendance. There was an opening ceremony with traditional aboriginal dancers to kick things off.
Unfortunate news is that Eat Static are not coming and have cancelled their entire Australian tour. Not sure of the reasons why yet but apparently it was neither the fault of the organisers or eat static themselves. Not sure? but very dissappointing.
Personally, I'm very depressed that I am not there missing the biggest event ever in Australia. Not happy at all
