Sorry about this stupid question.....but i don't have nobody to ask this one...
I have a problem with my mackie hr 824mk2, and i have send it to the guarantee, and i want to now if sommeone nows how much time normally we have to wait for pickup my mackie again....
I miss already him....

hell....i have asked in store i have buy it, and they dont give me nothing in concret....
the only thing that they told me is that normally goes to 30 to 35 (work) days....But im wainting and the 35 days are passed...
But every body nows the language of that kind of store....everything is fast and blablablablablabla lalalalalala......and we keep wainting and waiting.....and no anwser..
Problebly i can't contact directly with MAckie support because in don't send it direct to mackie support

not sure how the guarantee regulation are in your country,
but here you could set them a time-limit (in a letter of course)
and even demand a replacement device, if they break that limit.

yeah, listen to realtime. do you have any papers? in the garantee paper there must be service center's address and phone number.. just chek it out. also in the store they must tell you where are your monitors. go and demand! don't go away until they tell you. threaten their boss
