ordered this cd through biomechanikal website 3 days ago, on my email the order still says 'pending'. can i have some confirmation that the cd has been shipped please? as the money has come out of my account!

thats the reason i didnt buy it thru the official site 
anyhow if you were lucky and the cd has already been shipped
it'll take 3-4 weeks to hit the mailbox cause standard shipment works slow
if you get it sooner let us know please
also i'd like to know if i could send more money so the cd could be shipped via express
thru DHL , UPS or just about any other reliable company
