Maybe because the mods are busy??? 
there is not way of seeing only your offtopic posts, the same way you can't see only the threads you've started (started topics counter).
When your post have been offtopiced you should have gotten a PM from Arafela telling you that. If you think that there is a counter error, we can check it out.

we can see only the posts we have started by going to insearch and entering our user name in the AUTHOR section and selecting the subject option in the SEARCH IN Section ......
so common man show me my offtopic

WRONG.
What you described will return a list of all topics where you have a post, not only the ones you've started.
A comment - if you have several posts in the same thread, it will appear only once.
