hej folk 
jeg skal til oslo dene helga, kan dere anbefale meg en god goabutikk? jeg vil kjøpe musikk *I`ve got the monkey*
if there is by chance a party on saturday(9 desember) around/in oslo please let me know too. havent found anything on the net.

If you want to buy good music, I suggest you check out wirikuta.at, ifaik there are no shops in norway selling good(any at all?) psychedelic trance. |

There isn't any what one would call "Goa-shops" in Oslo. Unless you find a Man With No Name, Hallucinogen, Astral Projection, Eat Static ect. album på Platekomaniet/Free RecordShop Which one can from time to time .. - Or for non "psytrance" items you got Scorpius and Shangrila for "goa" items like wall carpets and bongs ^^. Best to use the page mentioned above crowax eller psyshop.com, saikosounds.com .. http://www.trance.net kan være et lurt sted å se etter parties. Utenom det .. Hausmania er genialt! når det først skjer noe "psy" der. Vil du ha litt D'n'B så kan jo Sikka friste? .. Husker ikke navnet, men gamle Killyourego (skrevet på en funurlig måte) .. ups, what happend to my English? hehe.. Anyway, the old KillYourEgo has a psytrance club in the "basement". But my experience is that it's a bit dull. Not excacly kick ass music (too much full-on oriated?). Resident Dj is... mm.. Psysomething. .. Oh, if still active, I guess Cafe Bardus is a sweet and kozy place to take a beer and meet likeminded people.

i agree with the others here, y should buy your goa/psy on the net, cheaper & y get it relatively quick.

Hi!
Seems like people aren't informed here...!
There are actually TWO "Goa shops" in Oslo...:
One of them is Filter, run by old time Goa trance pioneer Roland Lifjell, also known as Audibelle. This shop sell mostly music equipment, but if you are looking for vinyl, this is the place to check (in the center of Oslo):

There is also a shop called Tribal Trax, also sellinga lot of psytrance cds (also in the center of Oslo):

For Oslo parties, they are usually announced at:

There is no longer any activity at the Bardus, but the guys behind it are starting these chill evenings on a new place this month... For the parties at Pi (previously known as KillyrEgo etc), Psycloned (a very nice guy) has a psytrance party there once a month... The next one is on new years eve... This club is one of just a few clubs having pretty good line ups every weekend, but with different concepts... Last weekend, I went to a drum n bass party there, and it rocked! Hausmania is still a place for parties, but the place is not very cozy...
