Um... might be slightly off-topic but seeing as we're talking about the 'origins of SA trance'...

I helped a guy called Hayden Hamilton (used to live in a flat above the Purple Turtle) put on a party in a quarry next to those two round tower blocks at the foot of Table Mountain (can't remember their name) in 1995... Dhya turned up once we'd got everything running and hijacked the decks all night. I'd say Tsuyoshi definitely did a LOT to generate a scene in south africa

I remember receiving a tape with his stuff when i was a video editor @ my workplace in 1995

so,the local scene was infected by the UK crew eh?nice,I can c this influences in the music which by the way rocks.keep up the good work SA crew especially SHIFT SLUG and DAMAGE!
