I know little to nothing about what some folk have against 6362, aside from one incident and what I have read here. The following comment is made in general...
its such a shame that the NYC trance scene has, since only JUST after its inception, been plaugued by political overtones and countless sabotaging/bashing/and subterfuge rearing its ugly head cycle after cycle, regardless of whom the (at-the-time-current) teams promoting and producing parties actually are. Its like a disease that whoever inherits and manifests the trance (party production) spirit has no choice but to be infected by.
Even some of the sweetest crews with the purest spirits and best intentions wound up caught up in the mix over the years.
I am in some way glad this (((seems))) to be somewhat confined and unique to the NYC scene, the other places I have visited internationally and across the US seem to have a more tribal-unity vibe and cooperation between the crews which often spurn the most magical mystical events. It makes good sense too, since parties are unique manifestations of the intents and energies of all involved. I think that, due largely in fact to the modern-tribal nature of our movement, the more that the community spirit is encouraged in the formation of and production of the party, the better they come off. Perhaps thats why the NYC scene has been largely unable to get back on its feet with the same glory after the SS era
Its quite sad that some of us choose to segment ourselves in this poisonous fashion.

***Edit - reading more carefully, it APPEARS that the negativity originates from a non-local. appearances can, however be deceiving. In any case I feel my commentary is relative***

I had no idea that I would come so far away from home to find that the trance scene that I love so much has an under current of dirty politics in NYC as well 
its just such a shame and I do not like to get into the dirty politics but then you feel the negative vibes and energy at the party if there are ppl like that
can we all just enjoy the beautiful music and have a good time.
its just one big party - at least for me

well maybe I was a bit harsh in my assessment, and these are energies I havent seen as much of recently; the thread just opened a scab I think....
ignorance is bliss
and the politics are not something you "see" in negative vibes or energy. IMO it just tends to limit the potential of the gatherings versus if there were inter-crew collaboration going on.
That is actually an area that there has been much more notable improvement in lately with the current party crews.
