with all the hassle comes with it , hardware still sounds better imo. (yes even the digital synths)
is it placebo or better engineering? cant tell , i want to believe the 2nd as i paid tones of money to have all this fun boxes
and even if its just placebo then it works perfectly           www.sattelbattle.com

Hey Elad... what Virus specific features would make it suitable for this kind of sounds?

It sounds like a lot of FM stuff + formant osc/filt.

some sounds remind me the usual fm ones you can get with the virus but on my crappy headphone i find it sound thin for a virus no?not much dynamic or maybe it s a ti , i have heard it sound more thin than older virus and closer to softsynth cause of better converter or when using digital out (no idea if it s true)
about the virus i never been able to recreate exactly my favorites fm sound with a softsynth ,sound different .

*Drool* I love flangers, its the one modulation effect that I could not live without!

Bare in mind that that is a SCPro1 which pisses over the Virus from a great height!
