alladin always brings amazing acts/ throws some awesome parties for us and thus the expectations from this crew are huge so its just feedback for them. i think as orgz they will appreciate the good, the bad, the ugly and next year will be more insane! again they put in a lot of hardwork this year (its def. NOT an easy task)and the feedback from '07 helped make orb '08 what it is.
Yes, i agree, u know, feedback is feedback, and im sure they are sitting there itching for some from all of us.
hahaha@haircut in the middle of the floor...I remember watching that in disbelief!
Such a wonderful experience, sure there were anomilies but the overall time was one I will cherish forever. I remember looking out at the lake on Sunday morning and feeling like I was part of a postcard, truly pictureous!!
to many more festivals...fingers crossed for eclipse!

Thanks to all involved in the production side of things and to the dancers. The energy was quite high for this event and the people had fun in the sun ( and rain )! It's funny how the chaos worked out for me, getting to start my set 45 minutes after the wiching hour. See you all on the next dance floor, Bom

Still recovering from the 3days, but it was totally worth it!
Thank you to Alladin Project for putting this event together.
Also to everyone who came out and made this party happen.

whos this freak doing push-ups in the mud??
i remember this guy from sunday morning..i think its the same chap who kept coming every 15 mins and started doing a whole bunch of push ups really fast and then would run off & then come back in a while and repeat the performance. it was during yoni or knob's set and was soooo damn funny i couldnt help but smile! but whatever it takes to get ur adrenline rushing u gotta do i think its the same guy from last year as well!
I had ALOT of fun at this festival....however Im SOOO disapointed in the organization, ESPECIALLY with ruining alot of our art!!!we've been doing deco for a long time now and never has this happened before!!! were having a really hard time looking at the pictures of juliens set up, as its the worst one hes ever done. PLEASE PLEASE respect the art next time, dont hang our deco, dont tell us how to arrange it, its been made as a set and to look a certian way and its very insulting to us when you try to do it your way...its the same as telling the dj what to play!!also telling me that my art is just boring, and just plain "triangles" is pretty insulting too,if you took the time to look at it better you would have realised theres alot more to it. remember we just didnt make art for your party the day before, this has taken a long time to get the sets together, lots of imagination , time and money, if you try to mess up my set up by hanging my things yourself in which i told you over and over its not a good idea, then you loose it, IM PISSED!
about 5 of Juliens paintings have been seriously messed up and have to be redone!!!! this has never happened before, the way you handle them, drove over one with your car, put up small blacklights with sharp edges on top of the paintings after being bothered about no blacklights for a night, and this guy in the morning with a shaved head grabbed the main painting and tied it in a knot! in the end he got an extra $50 for 5 ruined paintings that hes gonna have to work on for months, you have no respect for the art at all, even the way you handled severyns paintings was horrible, we just sat there and watched and wondered what severyn would do if he saw all that....oh yeah nice job on only hanging blacklights on severyns paintings as well, and mixing his up with juliens in which is fucked too, when an artist has a display its his art display and the sets should have been kept together, not 2 artists mixed up like that , in the end it looked like a big mess!
myself and friends had alot of fun, but everyone was so disapointed in the $150 ticket, and so many headliners not showing up...people flew in for this, and missed BOOM festival cause you claimed to be the "biggest" trance fest in north america???? sooo not even close.
sorry for the ranting! but it was soooooo hard to work with you guys, poor Santos-deviant species as well, you gave him such a hard time there.
one thing us Canadians loved and that was the set from this guy Raphael, HUX FLUX was my favorite, and Deviant species was amazing as usual!ill go back next year, BUT PLEASE do something to be a bit more respectful to those who are helping you, things will work out alot better for you if you show that back to them.
p.s the crowd was AMAZInG!!! and the energy on the dancefloor,i met so many beautiful people, and hope to see you all soon, thanks for throwing the festival, i hope you learned alot for next time.
Bonni..
u said half the things i wanted to say...!
