great loop man ,about the sound it s too balanced in the low for my taste, the mix lack some air imo,the balance could be tweaked a bit to archive a bigger ,cleaner/clearer sound just by adjusting the volume and equing a bit.
something a bit like this http://dl.free.fr/qI0vBqoTi ,but by adjusting volume and equing sound one by one it could sound very good imo, but again it depends your tastes offcourse.

for equing i would boost the kick in the medium high to make it back in the mix and have more punch and lower a bit the low medium to make the mix clearer

don't work 4 hours on your bass. your ears will lie to you if you work so long on the same sound.           http://soundcloud.com/seamoon
