Operator........we have the target!!!!!

heard this dark track with a sample in it which goes like this
a guy saying
"operator,
We have the name of their next target."
a female saying
"tank"
then this sequence repeats itself a few times
track is very very psychedelic
low bpm vis-a-vis most dark tracks
scary atmosphere it generates
any clues????????
  At the end there is a DOOR & waiting for you on the other side of that door is either HEAVEN or HELL |

Those samples are from The Matrix, and it's definitely "we have the name of their next target" as spoken by one of Agent Smith's assistants just after Trinity escapes when the truck smashes through the telephone kiosk.
The guy saying "operator" is Tank, and the woman saying "Tank" is Trinity.
Not that it helps, sorry!
