I have a friend that operates with lynux he is real genious in this (nothing to do with music).
I think that its very stable ,but this is only a choice to ppl that work a lot with hardware cause there isnt any software developers t this O.S
In my case i prefer Mac O.S. 9.2,its also stable
and kicks ass real bad if you have a good machine

Squarepusher, you should try Mac OS-X 10, the is a good mix of Linux's stability and Mac features and posibilities.
Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else. |

I was stucked with OS8.6 for couple of years ,
and i moved to 9.2.1 about a month ago .
What can i say ? OS 9.2.1
It's really sucsesefull release of MacOS ,
works very stable , but don't even try
to install 9.2.2 because 9.2.1 much more stable
for music production .
BigUp to all Mac users on Isratrance !
System Folder
keep it real !
