Anyone please know of a way to open or extract or view files with tao extension ??? ( *.tao ) .

Any help on this one will be most wellcomed ...

This is an obscure disc image file format like .bin or .iso

A program called ISO-Buster should be able to burn that or maybe mount the image virtually.
