I was wondering, I know that in Cakewalk you can asign external editor to a highlightened piece of audio, just double click and it opens lets say in Cool Edit pro, and back to cakewalk, is that option exists in Cubase.
I cannot find it. |

well, I love to have that option, my question is if it is possible, not if I need it, well, I believe I would know if I need it or not.
Now, is that option available in Cubase. |

If such an option was available, it would defeat half of the features that make Cubase so cool - one of the program's greatest strengths is the built-in ability to accurately edit, apply offline VST effects to & bounce + integrate audio in your tracks.
If you have an old routine with Soundforge or something you're yearning for, trust us - break the routine and learn to use the full capacity of Cubase's audio abilities, you won't regret it.
