this is a re-issue of the classic chill album from ooze (sebastian from son kite & minilouge and many other great projects) that came out on spirit zone more then 10 yers ago with a bonus remixes cd.

finally got my copy 3 days ago (moving to the us has its drawback...). heard it like 6 times already in the office, car and now late night home alone in omptimum conditions.

i can report that the original did not fade a way even a bit, its amazing how good it sounds and how the music is realy timeless. while i love and enjoy the minimal jazzy compositions of miniloge and other intersting projects from seb (imps & the molan sessions) ooze is definitely his most musical venture for me and i wish to hear more of it. the remake of trying outward and the new dream flash track on the EP that came out before the album are very promosing.

in general the remix album is more introspective and while it starts at the same point the original album left in some sense with spatialize & bluetech it slowly goes deeper and deeper and things become more abstract. in a sense it is more demanding music. my favorite remixes are by spatialize, evan marc, ooze, koss (now thats what i call hypnotic!), eitan reiter (funky stuff), omnimotion & i awake and porn sword tobacco (this is the excellent project of henrik jhonson who used to be stress assassin that is coming out on city center offices).
if feel the second cd has much more to reveal with time.
in general it all sits down together very well and is a complete journey and i enjoy listening to the 2 cds as a long complete unit.
i totally recommend and cannot wait for new ooze material.
