Didn't Aleph Zero say the debut album remastered with some bonus material was due out this year?
Any news?
Other than some Ultimae stuff nothing has caught me in the psy scene this year...

dug out the copy of the spiritzone digipack from 2001...on the inside liner notes the dedications to mom and dad and to a person 'for giving me the greatest love and showing the emptiness of taking it away'...ow..explains why ooze music is filled with emotion! this timeless album was groundbreaking for introducing a sophistication into the chillout scene and I think the remixes and re-interpreations would be interesting as this influenced many artists. |

Thanks for all the info, really looking forward to this as I stupidly sold my original copy years and years ago and forever missed it.
While the remixes look interesting it's definitely the original album I'm keen for 
Might get two copies this time to be safe lol.

In 2011 we will re-release the classic Where the Fields Never End with a bonus CD containing remixes, new tracks and more Ooze stuff. There is a posibility it will even be more then a 2CD release. We're working on it now, and will update on our facebook & mailing list once things start taking shape.
Hopefully this will lead to a new Ooze album in 2012.

So I hear Aleph Zero will remaster & reissue the 3 original Chillosophy compilations. Heard from a source downunder who's dealt with the label a fair bit, would love the two Eclipse compilations from Flying Rhino to be treated the same way!!!!

^ I am tempted to buy the physical cd release. However now that my dj set-up is turning digital (Ableton and APC40), partly as a result of me buying so much digital music, I feel I should continue to buy digital.
