Yes, Philadelphians are a strange lot. they eat alot of beef, cheese, and onions slapped on hoagie ("bread") roll, oh yeah, smothered with CheezWhiz (some sort of processed room-temperature molten flourecent-yellow cheese product. Also known to have some of the largest body masses in world.
"Bjorcs" is a designed to be nutty, out-there, sonic extravaganza. But there is method to the maddness. Those are really orcs (and urek hei) talking, and that's really Bjorc..oops..Bjork singing at the end.
