There are lot's of samples created by the artists.
For example:
Duvdev - Now is the time
Infected - I'm the supervisor
1200 Mics - Mescalin (and many more from 1200 Mics, usually Chicago does the vocals)
When using their own samples, usually artists use short samples, like a word or two.
I think there's an artist that recorded the sounds of a woman was doing while he was fucking her... Really psychedelic stuff...
Well, artists can use whatever they want, I like when they take a sentence from a movie and place it on a track, with a completely different meaning.
Respect!
  .
...Be gentle with the earth...
...Dance like nobody's watching...
.
...I don't mind not going to Heaven, as long as they've got Coffee in Hell... |

I agree. Some samples need a context to give them meaning. Otherwise it sounds pretty damn random. |
