Hi!
Your descriptions is very vague.. so I suggest could you give us an example of what you are searching for?
Anyway, I think many one-shot sounds work great with psytrance, as long as it remains interesting  So you can basically use any timbre and tone and use it as a one-shot effect, with some modulations over time both on the source instrument as on the tailing effects.
But without an example it's hard to be concrete.
