It is absolutely illegal for them to be selling your music in this way... but it isn't likely that they are doing a lot of business. MP3 shops such as this one are probably automated--they just slurp up any MP3s they find and put them into the database on the off chance that someone will surf in from Google and purchase something (using the principles of the Long Tail in essence). My guess is that most of their business is in pop music; trancers are highly unlikely to be buying music on such sites. I'd say it is safe to ignore such ventures unless you are big time.
