hey all
i recently experienced a very unique spectrum like image in my head while meditating. The thing that happened was that i was focusing on a very beautiful ambient sound .... and trying to focus on just one sound / instrument.
after a lot of effort and trying of days i finally managed to almost focus on just one sound and it took a trip off me .... i mean i could visualize one point diversifying in as many spectrum's as believable.
What amazed me that the mind actually trips on 1 point to many ....
Have ne of u faced something like this ???
