hey all 
one of the first tracks i ever wrote (about 2 years ago) is now available for full download.
Neuron Compost - Stinkin' Hippies

its encoded @ 192, so its a rather large file, but i thought that if im going to give it away it may as well be in full quality 
(a v.b.r. version may be available soon too)
comments and feedback is always appreciated, but as i said, its an old track and will never be changed/altered (unfortunatley lost the original files)

EQ sounds pretty bad on my system. Some great full-on elements, structure smells of dancefloor insanity. Production and technique could improve, music is top notch, and extra credit for the (positive) chaos going around this track

Sir, you are truly mad indeed. A fantastic tune - I think we share similar ideas when it comes to psychadelia! I wasn't bored for a second. Some fab ideas floating in there, obviously production needs upgrading, but who cares when you're having fun!

thanx heaps for the positive feedback guys!
i had heaps of fun making this toon, so im glad u's did listening to it too
production - yeah i know, but it was the second track i ever wrote!!!
so in terms of that, well i think its pretty damn good.
hehe, hopefully my newer stuff has improved,... stay tooned for a few releases sooooon

freaky sound usage to say the least! i keep waiting for the rhythms to take off, but they are pretty dull until around 2min. funkyt synths. your eqing could use a little work (as could mine!), but the flow of the song is rather nice. i don't dig the bassline too much in the beginning. a little too much reverb maybe or modulation. but the sample and synthlines are fantastic! a great laugh man! keep up the great work. |
