I got u me 2 also have a lot of music downloaded from blogs, but i would never use such musics to play at a party. I also think that music have to be free, but if it was free how all the artists that do so good musics to pleasure our ears, will continue on doing so? how they going to eat....that`s controverse.

No not with another world structure! Money isnt the only answer... the only possible way.. i mean common we live in a greedy dirty fucking world... money here, money there.. people kill for money!
I think it could work very well if we just stop building all these fancy big houses, all these cars all this shit that they build, where to do with it when we dont want it or need it any more... no body really knows... So the only thing is to destroy! and go back to the roots...
might sound drastic but its the only really good thing... erase, start fresh!
we still have the knowledge left, but maybe we can do something better with it?
also i can play guitar for a woman or man who cook´s food and she/he can give me some cause i gave her music...
anything is possible really.. we can all contribute in so many ways!!
thats just my utopia thoughts

Nah really its gone too far and i dont think anyone wants to destroy this beautiful things that we build...

you see if there is a option it would be easy for all just to say yeah lets abandon this untenable situation,
I take that you also live in the west, but man there are people living in tents, and caves in this day, yes its true.. some of free will, some cause they are in camps that the redcross put up.. but its another story..
Its not impossible to live closer to the nature, it would be great for us to do it...
Everything begin somewhere and in the end it might just be that simple that we have to go back...
but people need to be united cause no one can manage to live alone in the nature, but its strange that in this world society people can live alone, yeah their houses are heated and they can get food from the store.. but are they happy? do they feel fellowship? Look at the old people for example.. man its sad!! its real sad.. and you know what, we are all going to get old... i rather sit around a campfire, with a blanket and listen while they play music and kids play around, maybe if i get old i can tell them stories of when i was a youth... but noo.. i dont meet lots of old people now... maybe i should go to the houses where they put them...
do you understand me better now?

it shows that some few exceptions, like elad, sattle battle, actually can hear the difference when using high end monitoring and the best sense ever (emotion). respect!
But most people don't hear the difference and in most situations the equipment wont reveil the difference. the worse the speakers etc. the less it matters if it is mp3 or not.
At parties speakers are not good enough to reveil the difference between a PROPERLY encoded 320kbps and a original CD anyways, so DJs don't need to care about 320kbps or wave. Except if they change the speed playback speed more than 3bpm. In that case, and with "pitchcorrection" enabled the differences may become more obvious. I didn't test that though.

Has anyone compared really high quality oggs?
The reason that mp3 cannot currently match wav at 320, is most likely the mo3 psychoacoustic model. But technology constantly moves forward, and theres no reason to think that at some point, the listeners with the most golden ears will be used for the development of that model, and from that day forward, humans wont be able to tell any difference.
So Im not convinced that we should give up on compression techniques.
Ogg shootout next please. I rip all my cd's at ogg 224, (quality 7) and thats good enough for me. Doesnt have as much airiness as some of my original cd's, but overall its a lot better than keeping wavs of all my cd's. |
