omg, a topic about trance and physical activities

i just realized that i actually like the latest spun release, v/a pressure that is
there's nothing like listening to it while joggin.. 
oh well.. just felt that i had to post this since i usually despise all the gms & the gang stuff..
just placed my order @ psyshop.. who said that mp3s aren't good for promotion ??

hell now that i'm at it..
just listening to the zorba - zorba samples at psyshop..
sounds decent joggin music aswell..
hmmm perhaps i should place another order 
didn't see this day coming

I prefer Cycling to Com.pact's Think Sync.
I think this deservs it's own topic.
what physical activity do you do that involves trance as well? Aerobics? Cycling? Jogging? spinning? and what kind of music do you find most helpful?
