I sure hope this one has not already been talked about before, I did consult with my favorite artist Use the Search before I posted this but he said he did not know much about the artsit except that 'he plays classic Goa morning trance'.
Where is he/she from? ANything coming out in the future? How long have they been making music. I just have one cd from this project- an old Spirit Zone release. Track five is one of my favorites, can be absolutely perfect when the timing is right. Check it out! And give me info please!

I dont know much about him exept his name is Voliker Koing.
And if im not mistaking he is frome germany...but im not 100% sure where he is frome. |

Hi there spliffnik
Ololiuqui are from Germany, just as Neo said.
They consist of 2 people, Volker König & Oliver Elschenbroich but on the last album "Reverse Engineering" there is only one track with Oliver.
They have released 3 albums:
1. Ololiuqui - Ololiuqui (Spirit Zone - 1996)
2. Ololiuqui - Valves (Spirit Zone - 1999)
3. Ololiuqui - Reverse Engineering (Spirit Zone - 2002)
Dont know anything about the future from them, but would like to know aswell.
All of them are nice in theyr ways, i highly recomend them!

yes I have the first one, it so so good!! People always ask me when I play track 5 from it, and I get many requests to play that song. So good!!
anyway thanks for the info, and if anyone else has other info that is great too

Hi,I was listening to the rmx they did on Segments track "we sould our souls" the other day great track btw, and it got me thinking what happend to this great project,they realesed "Reverse Engineering" in 02 but after that I havnt herad anything new besides the rmx, anyone has any info?:-) |

After the SUPERB valves cd they released the didnt made anything
the track Correlate is one of the best morning tracks in History in my opinion... |

Correlate is the best track there.. massive bassline straight to the bones.. :)
I don't know what happens with them now but they recently released a track in the OV Silence compilation. it's the first track there.. my guess is that they'll keep having tracks released on compilations for a while (like they always did) till the next album..?
