Hi , im gonna make a collection of usefull infomation which i collect from u guys on the subject of goa sound.

what type of sound am i looking for technically ?

should i use Analog emulator VST's , if so is there any specific way in which i should use them?

Only thing I reckon you need is any old 303 emulator. They say the phosycon(?) one is the best.

But I always say any good synth can do all that shit for ya. Goa era stuff is more about the feeling than the sound. Just keep it groovey/tuneful and all the way cascading. If you do it right even ya grandparents'll love it.

listened 2 of the samples and it s the typical sound you get from the ROLAND synths used at that time.

i have it but i couldnt get no were , do u have any technical tips for me , or any presets of ur own which i could analyse , safe.

What verion You have? You must wait some time for presets because I use internet only @work now (my little kitty like to eat cables, specially from computer )

Technical tips? Hmm its a modular machine... You must make Your own synthesisers. Its not hard look @examples. You have good presets library on it. Try it.

sounds like a freakin tb303... so any emulator would do
just fine, phosycon is really good as some one already stated also theres this free app from propellarhead which has a nice tb303 emulator and 808 and 909 drums.... lots of people like that one
